Blogger Prompt: Term 4 - Week 2

Week 4's KidsedchatNZ is all about family. Our families play a huge part in who we are and who we will become. To prepare for this weeks chat, talk to mum, dad, uncles, aunties or grandparents to learn about your family, both past and present. Try to find some interesting stories or facts that you might be able to share.



Questions:

Q1. Who makes up your family? What position were you born in your family? Oldest? Youngest? Middle? What's it like being that position?
I am the middle child in my family and it sometimes sucks. When the oldest gets something you cant get it but when you get something the youngest gets it. 

Q2. What is special about your family? What do you love about your family?
I love my family because we work well as a team and help eachother.

Q3. Would you prefer to be in a big family or small family? Why?
A big family because you can see all your realitives! (I have a big family)

Q4. Do you have any family traditions? (Holidays, fun activities etc)
No not really but when my nanna died every year on that same day we read a poem and plant a flower for her.

Q5. How often do you spend time with your grandparents? Do you think it's important to spend time with them?
My grandma died last year but I would spend 3 days a month with her sometimes a week.

Q6. What's the best piece of advice a family member has given you?
My dad told me that mistakes are part of life and are ment to be made.

Q7. Share a story about your family. What's something interesting or funny we can learn about them?
One time for new years my mum made lots of food and while we where calling the family the dog ate all of the food!

Q8. Kid President has a list of 10 things every Mum needs to know. What would you add to the list? 
We may get angry at little things but we still love you to the moon and back.

Q9. Just for fun! Make a poem, sentence or story using these 3 words: Kind, Proud, Hero.
We may be loud,
but we are Proud.
Our mind is strong,
and we are Kind.
We may act like we give Zero cares,
But you are our Heroes parents everywhere.

Blogger Prompt: Week 7 - Term 4 DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP With the advent of social media, mobile devices in the classroom and a range of e-learning tools in the classroom it is more important than ever that students are aware of the  long term  effects of leaving their digital footprint and learn to become good cyber citizens.  The concept of digital citizenship needs to be embedded in all aspects of work in schools with e-learning tools.
